Small Business calls for store or office locations

The first time you call on a sign or email on a listing for a store or office for rent you may sense that the person you are dealing with is not very interested in your inquiry! WHY? Due to your questions and responses they can determine you are a first time renter. Since new businesses or business moving from their home to a public location are unlikely to actually become a tenant the Landlord's representative wants to get rid of your call as soon as possible. They are not interested in educating you.
